Payment
The payment of the packages needs to be paid in full before the first live class.
Cancellation and No-show
If the student provides at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will not be deducted from their remaining session count. If a student is a “no show” or cancels within less than 24-hour's notice, the session will be deducted from the student’s session count.
Exceptions may be given for medical emergencies or other extreme personal circumstances, but documentation may be required.
Rescheduling
A session may be rescheduled by either the student or tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No more than two student-initiated reschedules are permitted. A third reschedule will be treated as a cancellation, and one session will be deducted from the student’s total. A new session must then be scheduled.
Late Arrival by the Student or Tutor
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. If a student arrives late, the session will still end on time. If the student is more than 10 minutes late, the tutor will close the session and mark it as a “no show.” If the tutor is late, the student should wait 5 minutes before leaving the session. A tutor’s delay will not count against the student’s session time.
Tech Issues
Time lost due to a technical issue will not count against the student’s session time. In such cases, the tutor may extend the current session, extend a future session, or cancel the session without deducting it from the student’s total session count.
Refund
Purchases of packages may be refunded 100% until 24 hours before the first live class. A 50% refund will be given after the first live class for the remainder of the leftover classes of the package.
